June 19-20: double practice (Sat and Sun)

July 17-18: team retreat/double

September/October practices/tourneys depend on Series schedule but will follow same model
*Schedule is illustrative; tournaments to be confirmed. Truckers will be expected to run a weekly track workout in addition to conducting other fitness work outside of practice. Each week will also have a particular throwing emphasis that Truckers are responsible for practicing on their own. Practice times and locations will depend on field availability, but will ideally be Saturday morning (10-1) and Sunday evening (4-7) and will be split between DC and Baltimore.
